ServSafe Certified Food Protection Manager Course

Registration is required ten (10) days prior to the class. Class begins at 8:30am (sharp) and ends at approximately 5:00pm. Lunch will be for 30-minutes and it will be a working lunch, please bring your lunch. Additional breaks will be provided by the instructor.

Price includes textbook, review course and exam, there will be no refunds, once you have registered. Students should arrive 15 minutes prior to class. AHR Members: $175 and Non-Members: $225. Pre-registration is required. Classes are held at 903 West Northern Lights, Suite 222, unless otherwise posted.

Certified Trainer With a Purpose

To ensure you clearly understand the State of Alaska’s requirements to be a Seller-Server of Alcohol: to protect you, the organization you work for, and the community we live in.

TiPS Recertification Only

Brief Alaska law discussion and test. TIPs alcohol training certification – fast and convenient – show up take test and done – however the instructor is there and available for questions. Must have proof of previous certification expired at most 60 days.

Cost is $40 for AHR Members or $45 for Non-Members.

Security Training Program

 “Security Training Program” started in January 2005, and we are pleased with the results.  The purpose is to train bar and nightclub security personnel to a high and uniform standard throughout the Municipality of Anchorage for the protection of its citizens.
